Fusion Manage Chromium Extensions
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Overview
Fusion Manage Chromium Extensions is an independent browser extension and companion server for Autodesk Fusion Manage workflows. It is not an Autodesk product and is not supported or maintained by Autodesk.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or behavior-tracking services. We do not sell personal data. The extension and server process data only when needed to provide the features a user chooses to use.
What The Extension Uses
The extension works with data already available to the signed-in user in Fusion Manage. Depending on the page and feature, this may include item details, grid rows, BOM data, security user lists, tableaus/views, and page state needed to show workflow helpers.
This data is used to provide features such as item-detail helpers, grid tools, BOM workflows, view export/import, search helpers, page health checks, and tenant-gated PRO features.
Server-Side Processing
The companion server is used only for feature support and purchase handling. It may process the following data for these purposes:
- Tenant configuration checks: tenant names may be sent to determine whether a tenant has PRO features enabled and which tenant settings apply.
- Feature requests: for enabled PRO features, the server may receive request details such as tenant name, workspace ID, Fusion Manage API path, or view/tableau payloads so it can perform the requested Autodesk Fusion Manage operation.
- Purchase requests: when the purchase form is submitted, the server processes the name, email address, tenant name, tenant admin email, company logo URL, invoice email, invoice reference, consent confirmation, price, and submission time in order to create and handle the purchase request.
- Operational logs: the server may write minimal logs such as request status, tenant, workspace ID, email address for purchase/admin actions, and timestamps. These logs are used for troubleshooting, security, and support.
Authentication
The extension does not scrape OAuth tokens or bearer tokens from webpage storage, and it does not persist Fusion Manage authentication tokens. Browser-side requests rely on the active Fusion Manage browser session where applicable.
Server-side Autodesk API calls use server-managed credentials only for the feature action being requested by an enabled tenant.
Storage
The extension stores only the minimum local data needed for settings and runtime behavior, including:
- user preferences in extension storage, such as view and filter settings
- session-only health diagnostics used by the popup and badge
Session health diagnostics are stored in browser session storage and are cleared when the browser session ends. They may include page signature, health status, missing selectors, disabled feature list, schema version, extension version, and timestamp. They do not store full page URLs.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not store Fusion Manage passwords, browser session cookies, or scraped authentication tokens.
- We do not download and execute remote extension code.
- We do not collect full item, grid, BOM, or user datasets for general tracking.
Retention
Local extension settings remain until removed by the user or until the extension is uninstalled. Session diagnostics are cleared when the browser session ends. Purchase request data and operational logs are retained only as long as needed for billing, support, troubleshooting, legal, and security purposes.
